condo-mini

Renovation of a 600 SF lofted condominium for a professional working couple. The project is located in the heart of Belltown, in the historic landmark Austin Bell Building, originally designed by Elmer Fisher in 1889 for commercial use. The five-story building was renovated into condominiums in the late 1990s, and remains one of Belltown’s most iconic buildings.

The renovation includes a complete kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room redesign, as well as finishes, furnishings, and various architectural elements throughout the lofted unit. While compact in plan, the living space provides a visual openness which is enhanced by the volume of space and fenestration.
