We are a Seattle-based agency of interdisciplinary designers working to deliver architectural solutions that elevate everyday experiences in the built environment. We are optimists who promote an entrepreneurial work culture to advance innovation without preconception. Our inclusive approach balances design intelligence with technical know-how to develop architecture at the intersection of ambition and reality.
On April 14th, 2023 our firm changed its name to Fathom Architecture. We chose a name with multiple meanings that respects our history of working with the Navy while also looking towards the future. Since moving to Pike Place Market in 2021, we have expanded our professional services beyond the federal marketplace to include residential, commercial, and adaptive-reuse projects in the Puget Sound region.

Fathom Architecture has been increasingly involved in community-based work in the Belltown neighborhood and is currently supporting multiple arts, culture, and public space initiatives in partnership with Belltown United. We have provided pro-bono architectural support for a mural in Regrade Park and pro-bono design services for the conversion of vacant building into an arts and gallery space for Base Camp Studios. We are frequently a venue on the Belltown Art Walk and Downtown Art Walk and can support up to 16 artists anually through Fathom Gallery.
Our strategic mission is to engage with and support the local arts community, help establish Belltown as an Arts District, and build relationships with people with values similar to our own: people that value art, people that value architecture, and people that value community.
