Description: Bot Baby Verticals is a re-working of another piece, Hue Shift Botanicals, which is based on yet another recent work of mine, Arboretum, Arboretum. Most of my work originates in digital photography, often landscapes and places, the ambiance or feel or even simply the look of which steers the direction of the artwork. In this case the source material is an already simplified image, twice over, so this became more about the process of reducing, then creating something new from the reduction.
