Adaptive Reuse

This historic building was originally constructed in the early 1900s and was slated for demolition before Fathom Architecture transformed it into modern workplace. We lead an interdisciplinary team of designers, engineers, and consultants for the complete renovation, seismic retrofit, and historic restoration of this existing structure.
